I havent posted much about the chickens over the past 3 weeks, but here goes!
They are officially outdoor chickens as of yesterday. So far, they are doing great. The only problem we are having is with ants now! It's always something.
After almost three weeks without the internet due to tornadoes ripping through our town, I can finally return to all my favorite blogs! The chicks are getting huge. What about ants? Are they getting on the hens. Try food grade diatomaceous earth to thwart the ants. Don't get the pool DE. Unfortunately, chickens won't eat ants. That greatly disappointed me.
